New Feature: Waitlist – Never Miss a Seat Again!

Tired of staring at a full table? Now you don’t have to. More hands. More action. Less waiting.

With our brand-new Waitlist feature, you can claim your spot in line when a table is full. When a seat opens up, we’ll hold it just for you. No more tapping around hoping to catch a seat in time—Hijack handles it.

How It Works:

1. Find a Full Table: When a table is full, the waitlist option becomes available.
2. Join with One Tap: Click “Join Waitlist” and you’re added to the queue.
3. Stay Updated: Watch your position in real time and get notified immediately once a spot is available.
4. Enjoy Priority Access: The waitlist feature helps ensure a smoother path to securing a seat—no more missed games!

We’ve made big improvements to how the game handles inactive players—keeping your tables fast, dynamic, and full of action. Less waiting. More playing. Better pace. Whether you’re grinding a tournament or battling in cash games, you’ll spend more time in the action and less time stuck behind inactive players.

What’s New:

• Quick Sit-Out: If you miss a single action (15 seconds), you’ll be sat out to keep the game moving.
• Easy Comeback: Just tap “I’m Back” to rejoin instantly and pick up where you left off.
• Auto Removal for Extended Inactivity: Miss 3 turns in a row and you’ll be returned to the lobby so seats stay open for active players.
• Fair to Your Stack & Seat: Your chips and table position are preserved during sit-outs.
• Smarter Detection: We treat disconnections and intentional inactivity differently, so genuine connection hiccups don’t cost you your spot unnecessarily.

New Feature: Antes

Tournaments Just Got an Upgrade: Antes Are Now Live!

We’re cranking up the intensity. All Hijack tournaments now include antes—bringing faster action, bigger pots, and a more dynamic game every hand.

What’s New?
• Antes in Every Tournament: Every player now posts a small ante each hand once the antes kick in.
• More Chips in Play: Antes help build the pot before the cards are even dealt—giving you more to win.
• Faster Pace, Bigger Decisions: With more on the line each hand, sitting back just got expensive.

How It Works:

1. Every Player Posts: Starting at a set level, all players pay a small ante before each hand.
2. Builds Over Time: Like blinds, antes increase with each level.
3. Automatically Handled: You focus on playing—we’ll take care of the math.

New Feature: Mute All Sounds BUT YOURS

You can now mute all table and player alerts except your own to cut the noise and stay locked in. Enable it in Table Settings when entering a table.
