Why did we build it?
We understand that convenient and secure payment options are essential for our players. By implementing card deposits, we're providing:
- A familiar payment method that most players already trust and use daily
- Instant account funding without the need for additional payment services
What is it?
The new card deposit system allows players to securely add funds to their Hijack account using credit or debit cards. Here are the key features:
Account Verification
- Deposits must be made using the same email and phone number registered with your Hijack account
- This ensures proper fund allocation and maintains account security
Deposit Guidelines
- Daily deposit limit: $300
- Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards
- American Express cards are not supported
Fee Structure
- Please note that transactions can incur a processing fee of up to 10% (applied by our payment processor)
- Hijack does not charge a fee
Security Measures
- All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment channels
- Multiple verification steps ensure your financial information remains protected
How to make a credit/debit card deposit
- Navigate to the Cashier area and “Deposits”
NOTE: Withdrawals to Credit/Debit cards are not currently supported.
2. Click on the new “Credit/Debit Card Deposit” tile.
3. Enter the Amount you would like to deposit with your credit card.
NOTE: $10 min. deposit/$300 max.
Processing provider charges a fee up to 10%.
Hijack does not charge any fee to the user.
AMEX is NOT supported.
4. Enter your payment and billing information. All fields are required.
5. Once submitted, users will receive a confirmation via both email and push notifications.
